Pull request overview
Adds a new managed public repository entry (pkgs) to this Pulumi/GitHub repo-management project, so it gets created/configured consistently with the existing fleet of public repos.
Changes:
- Define a new
PublicRepo('pkgs')with description, topics, and required GitHub check(s). - Include the new repo name in the exported
